Strategy Formulation
At this 253rd event our guest speaker Chris Paton will deliver a 20 minutes talk on ‘Strategy Formulation’. Strategy formulation is often seen as being complex and rigorous, but in a fast moving and increasingly unpredictable world, we need a different approach. In this talk, Chris will take us through two different strategy models which are well-suited to the modern business environment, and provide his top tips on implementing them.
About the speaker:
Chris is the Managing Director of Quirk Solutions Ltd, a management consultancy which specializes in business resilience and execution success across the globe. A former military leader who advised the UK Cabinet Office and Government, he has spent the last 10 years building a much sought-after consultancy, which recently supported the Dubai Expo.
