About the speaker:
Vijay is a seasoned professional with 21+ years of experience in the field of Company Secretary, governance, legal, compliance and administration with many multinationals in India and UAE. He is a Fellow member of the ICSI, India, an Associate Member of the IOD, India and Founding Member of ICSI Middle East (DIFC). He currently works as Group Company Secretary with a Dubai based reputable business group.
