At this 239th event our guest speaker Kunal Wadhwani will deliver a 20 minutes talk on ‘What should leaders do to manage the Hybrid working environment?’ In this talk Kunal will explain what ‘hybrid’ means for companies, how they might meet this new employee demand, and what will need to be in place in order for these new ways of working to be effective.
About the speaker
Kunal is the Group Head of Human Resources for the GCC region at Choithrams. He has been nominated to speak at global conferences with the HR fraternity. He is passionate about coaching management students and is empaneled by many institutions to induct the new batch of students each year. He is also a professional ten pin bowler and enjoys scuba diving as a part of his weekly routine.
