At this 234th event our guest speaker Thenji Moyo will deliver a 20 minutes talk on ‘UAE Labour Law Update’. In this talk Thenji will focus on employment issues post COVID-19 and the impact it has had on the business community. She will also talk on entitlements on termination of employment and dispute resolution within the Dubai Courts.
About the speaker
Thenji Moyo is the Head of Employment at Gateley Legal UK LLP (Dubai) and the main point of contact for all the firm’s Middle East employment matters. She is a UK trained and qualified specialist Legal Director advising on all aspects of UAE employment and immigration law.
